How We Make Better Vodka

Our distillate begins with Non-GMO wheat purchased from American farmers. This wheat is then custom mashed, fermented and column distilled specifically for us. We then take this high quality distillate and prepare it for our distillation processes.

We distill every small batch using old world European methods with our hand-hammered copper pot still we call Betty. Betty’s hardened copper and catalyzer system creates a superbly clean distillate without sacrificing character or flavor.

Cinco is a brand for the vodka “purist.” The quality of our wheat and the patient process of copper pot distillation gives us a spirit that is so clean and full of natural flavor it does not need anything other than water to get it to 80 Proof. We make one flavor…DAMN GOOD Vodka.

Spirits that are made from a high quality grain and have been properly distilled should not need charcoal filtration. This is why we leave Cinco unfiltered. This lends to the character, complexity and flavor that you will not find in any other vodka.
