Lone Star Sour

• 1.5 oz Cinco Vodka
• .75 oz Lemon Juice
• .75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 piece of Jalapeno

Method: Muddle 1 piece of Jalapeno in a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients then shake vigorously. Double strain (using a small mesh strainer) over ice into Old Fashioned Glass. Then garnish with a Lemon Zest and a slice of Jalapeño.
