Smoked Cherry Sour

  • 1.5 oz Thyme-infused
    Cinco Vodka
  • 3 smoked cherries
    muddled
  • .75 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Thyme-Infused Cinco Vodka: Place 5 stems of Thyme in a 750ml of Cinco and let sit overnight. Remove the Thyme and strain vodka.
Smoked Cherries: Place 4 cups of seedless black cherries on a drip pan. Light mesquite wood on fire until it’s smoking and place on a pan underneath the cherries. Cover cherry pan tightly with foil, trapping the smoke. Let sit for 20 minutes to smoke cherries. Place all ingredients in mixing glass and muddle. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over ice in an old fashion glass.
